Hoping someone could advise me. I started with Callan Pinckney's 'Quick Callanetics', 3 sets of 20min routines. After about 2weeks, my thighs started to get larger. I know I'm doing the exercises correctly as I'm very careful with my form. I decided to purchase the 'Ten years younger in 10 hours'. Today, I finished my 6th hour. I'm sorry to say, that my thighs have remained larger than they were. I thought maybe this would be temporary and they would slim back down, but no. I wouldn't mind so much and would just continue and see what happens, but I actually can no longer fit in my jeans. After reading all the reviews, I'm convinced I must be doing something wrong after all. Has this happened to anyone else, any advice??
