Keep The Political Terms In Politics

When the Holy Father died, I knew that I would soon grow really sick of hearing one particular little verbal quirk. It's only been three days and I'm getting there already. The verbal annoyance in question is referring to Catholics as liberal or conservative. Whatever any individual Catholic's politics may be (and I hope we all remember to keep the Gospel in mind as we form our political opinions), on his religion the Catholic is not liberal or conservative--he is orthodox or he is not.
