Last week I was reading Shining Moments, a collection of tanka by Father Neal Henry Lawrence, O.S.B., when I happened to hear that he died a few weeks ago. I did not like the book quite as much as I'd hoped, but it nevertheless reveals a beautiful soul. May his voice join those of the angels.
